Each year we reach out to our families to provide us with some feedback on your players coach. We ask that you take a few minutes to complete the survey. Your input is valuable and used to help NBMHA when we are selecting coaches for future seasons as well as provide feedback to our coaches as the season wraps up. Please note that any feedback NBMHA chooses to share with the coaches will be kept anonymous. NBMHA would like to thank our coaches for their commitment to minor hockey.
