The Andre Purcell Team U10AA North Bay Trappers team won the silver medal at the International Silver Stick Finals in Newmarket, ON. They won four straight games vs. Gloucester Rangers (3-1),  Aurora Tigers (4-1), Newmarket Renegades (7-1), and Scarborough Ice Raiders (7-0) before falling to the Sault St Marie Jr. Greyhounds (6-1) in the championship game.
